Shipping & Delivery The Auris Two ships with free freight delivery included on every order. Units are built to order with an estimated delivery window of 15–30 business days. If you are adding a wood-burning heater, please contact us before ordering as additional chimney planning is required. Tracking is provided once your unit ships and the freight carrier will coordinate your delivery window directly.

Warranty & Returns The Auris Two is protected by a 5-year comprehensive warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. To initiate a claim, contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. The warranty excludes normal wear, improper installation, misuse, and damage from external environmental factors. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused units in original condition.
