At Everlume, we offer premium, made-to-order wellness products designed for long-term performance and durability. Because our products are built and shipped directly from manufacturing partners, our return policy differs from standard retail items.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be in processing or production and cannot be changed or canceled.


Returns & Refunds

Non-Defective Products

All sales are final.

Due to the size, cost, and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect selections made at checkout

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos and/or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • Replacement of the defective item
  • Repair solution (if applicable)
  • Partial or full refund

Inspection Requirement

All damage or defect claims must be verified.

We may request:

  • Photo/video evidence
  • Additional details
  • Proof of purchase

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Modified or altered products

Shipping Notes

  • Do not refuse delivery without contacting us first
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
